How to Use: Mindful Foods Powder Recipes
Mindful foods have a range of Health food powders that can easily be integrated into your daily routine. Just add 1-2 teaspoons into your baking, breakfast or drink to kick start your health journey. Each powder provides different health benefits and are easily interchangeable in recipes depending on what health benefit you need or want. Stardust Longevity Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon STARDUST Red Longevity powder
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sliced berries, cinnamon, and 'Mindful Foods chocolate clusters' for topping

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond milk, STARDUST Red Longevity powder, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
  • Stir in the chia seeds, and mixed berries.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally, until the chia pudding thickens.
  • Once thickened, divide the chia pudding into serving jars or bowls.
  • Top with sliced berries and 'Mindful Foods chocolate clusters'.

Stardust Cacao Energise Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons STARDUST Cacao "Energise" powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, STARDUST Cacao "Energise" powder, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter or oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; the batter should be slightly lumpy.
  • Heat a lightly greased skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
  • Serve the chocolate pancakes warm with your favorite toppings, such as sliced strawberries, bananas, chocolate chips, whipped cream, or a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
